~potato frittata, have with bread and salad
~mac&cheese w/a tiny bit of ham thrown in, I can really stretch a little meat this way, broccoli, grapes
~beef&bean burritos/tacos, about 1/2 and 1/2, corn, oranges
~corndog casserole, relishes,fruit salad
~ homemade pizza, relishes, sherbet
~swiss steak on rice, carrots, baked apples
~chili soup,relishes, fruit bowl
