Daybook

FOR TODAY... from thejoyofsix Daybook

Outside my window...it's dark. Come on sunrise

I am thinking... I need more coffee

I am thankful for... the relative peace while kids eat and shower.

I am wearing... plaid lounge pants, a green t-shirt and a red sweater. Yea, that's right, not exactly lingerie.

I am remembering... how much I like summer days when all that time stretches in front of me.

I am going... to deliver Cub Scout popcorn.

I am reading... Murder at Longbourn

I am hoping... to mop my kitchen. Ah, the glamor

On my mind... whether I should have lent my new camera to my son.

From the learning rooms... we need to work on writing.

Noticing that... I feel better when I give up and go to bed at 9pm.

Pondering these words... "Every man is surrounded by a neighborhood of voluntary spies." Jane Austen

From the kitchen...Need to look at what I planned, I can't remember.

Around the house... Too many little jobs which I hate.

One of my favorite things~ Playing outside with my kids in the Fall. There are so many uses for dead leaves.

I remember my years of work with the scouts. Always something to do. It is fun to play outside in the fall. I'm sorry I'm so slow getting to you. I have had a lot of company and still do. I hope you have a blessed Sunday. Doylene
